Without residences,

People are able to walk up to your chests and take whatever they want.
People are able to walk up to your house and set it on fire or blow it up.
People are able to place lots of annoying blocks on your property that take a lot of time to remove.

With residences,

People can't set off explosives on your property or set it on fire.
People can't open your chests unless you want them to.
People can't use things like buttons or levels unless you want them to.
People can't build on your property unless you want them to.

Residences are FREE and ENCOURAGED.
In order to get a residence, just send me a pm or ask me while I'm on the server.
All you need to do is let me know what you want protected and who you want to give permission to.
